We aim to gather key answers such as the weight, comfortability, and ergonomics issues faced by the astronauts wearing this vest while performing daily activities and any recommendation for future improvements. 17 17 18 - In thecourse of the experiment, all sixanalogastronauts will betrainedinAcceptance andCommitmentTherapy(ACT). The total hours can be divided between different AAs based on their schedule and availability. Each AA who participates on this experiment need to fill up a questionnaire and return to the PIs for evaluation after the experiment is over. The following procedure includes the steps of putting on (‘donning’), off (‘doffing’) and storing the vest. Videos are also provided to help to understand how to ‘don’ and ‘doff’ the vest safely. 19 19 20 -The study will use a pre - post-test design. The pre-test will be completed by the participants before the ACT training, a post-test after completing the training. Further, a follow-up measure will be taken from participants at the end of their mission. Additional qualitative data will be collected from the analog astronauts in form of a diary. 21 - 22 22 === Experiment Data === 23 23 24 24 (% style="height:10px; width:1000px" %)
