Summary
Apply a laser-induced fluorescence emission technique to detect fluorescence bio-signatures in supraglacial habitats. Organisms can be traced by the detection of intracellular porphyrin derivates.
Objectives
Measure as many samples with the L.I.F.E. device as possible in one single run and collect them after the measurement for further laboratory analysis.
